I stayed at Yaan for couple of days for a friend's wedding and it is a great place right in the middle of the nature..place has different types of rooms each with it's unique feature..the staff is very polite and always available at service 24*7. Property allows you to rejuvenate as it is away from the noise of the city. People at Concierge (Akhtar and his team) are very polite and very helpful

The place is very beautiful. The food was delicious and healthy. Swati guided us well at the restaurant .The house keeping services were excellent especially by shiv and Sarita.

I went there in End of May and it was trip by office for celebration 2nd anniversary of my office. Some rooms have private pool and my office booked all that rooms. What a view and peace felt in room. They have buggy service as restaurant and pool area were far from the rooms. Beautiful luxury n food tastes I must say. Thumbs up. They have separate party area too. Big maintained property.

The resort is beautiful with rooms offering lake view ,a must visit.Food served was good and we were guided well by Swati at the restaurant..Very good housekeeping services especially by Shiv & Sarita.

Had amazing food at newly opened restaurant. It had full vibes of live music and delicious food. Must recommend to visit once and experience the tasty food and if you love enjoying music with beautiful scenery. Special mention for Mr. Jahageer for his service and it was nice and helpful conversation about udaipur and the culture.

Our stay was very comfortable. We enjoyed the views from our rooms. Pool villa is a great concept. Staff was very cordial and courteous. Natural scenic location, quite and peaceful, no pollution.Overall very good experience.

To be brutally honest, this place is a terrible choice to spend any time. I regretfully booked a four-day stay, and it’s been nothing but a nightmare due to abysmal service, inconvenience, and sheer frustration. Here’s why you should avoid this hotel in Udaipur: 1. Disgusting Room Furnishings: The sofas in the room were so stained that they were revolting. 2. Non-Existent Room Service: The service is practically absent. At times, they outright deny that an order was placed, let alone fulfill it. 3. Endless Noise Disturbance: At the time of writing this review (3:41 AM), the DJ is still blaring music, practically shaking the valley. I’ve called the front desk twice since 1 AM, and many guests are wandering outside their rooms, desperate for some sleep. 4. Selective Staff Attention: The property had two groups, and all staff were dedicated to serving them exclusively. Everyone else was neglected. I even had to step out to buy soda cans myself. 5. A Complete Disaster: This place is an absolute mess. Don’t ruin your vacation by staying here.

The hotel staff were friendly, courteous and very prompt with their service. Rooms are spacious. Food spread was excellent. Mr. Krishna Avtar too was very courteous and helpful. Defiantly we will recommend to our family and friends. See you soon team YAAN WELLNESS RETREAT in DIWALI weekend.
